Yoga Therapy Workshop with Melodie Batchelor

Melodie will teach yoga therapy techniques that can be utilised in any general class.

Inspired by Geeta-ji’s therapeutic workshop in Portland U.S.A. 2010 and Stephanie Quirk’s New Zealand therapy courses.

Friday 5.00 to 7.30pm: Neck, Back, Hip, Knee and Ankle therapy
Saturday 6.00 to 8.30am: Partner / Teacher adjustments and rope work.
Saturday 12.00 to 2.00pm: Restorative and Pranayama
